NORENEW will stop passive probing of a subscriber, but it has nothing
to do with LISTSERV's processing of "bounces", which is what is
keeping the subscriber in question off the list. The only thing I can
think of is to resub her, immediately set her to NOMAIL, and keep her
on NOMAIL for 8 days so she can then get a "fresh start".
