Method 1:
Send= Private
Default-Options= Review
msgs from subscribers are sent to Editor/Moderator for approval.
msgs from non-subscribers are rejected as unauthorized.
Method 2:
Send= Editor (or Send= Editor,Hold)
Editor= editor@address,(LISTNAME)
msgs from subscribers are sent to the list without approval needed.
msgs from non-subscribers are sent to Editor/Moderator for approval.
