IBM shipped with the pieces needed to disable relaying, but did not actually
do so in the default sendmail.cf (to not break people's mail). To fix this:
1) Install Sendmail 8.11.4 from ftp.sendmail.org
or
2) Install the bos.net.tcp.adt fileset if you haven't already, and then
go look in /usr/samples/tcpip/sendmail - the README.antispam file has the
directions you need.
If you need more help than that, feel free to ask - if it involves
Sendmail and AIX, I probably know as much as anybody.
