Assuming that your WEB interface allows WEB posting, you probably could
set them up pseudo email addresses (and perhaps a password) BUT this is
somewhat foolish IMHO.  If someone tries to email them based upon their
WEB-based posting to the list, then you have consequential "damages" to
deal with.

It seems to me that one of those freebie mail accounts that is
WEB-enabled should be able to bypass the problem of them not having email
access, yet having WEB.
