  An appendix was added in late summer to the document about leaving
BITNET  (GET LEAVING BITNET from [log in to unmask]) about
this and other consequences of setting a :newnode tag while running
LISTSERV-NJE.  The work-around involves editing out the :newnode tag
locally and doing a few other things.
