An owner of a list here changed the list so that she's a quiet owner.
The list has one non-quiet owner after this change. Now, that particular
list owner cannot log into the list via its web site to make changes. She
gets a message instead that says she's not authorized from the address she
specified. I checked into this. The user is specifying the correct
address. Viewing the list's header with "listview" shows nothing wrong
with the header. What am I missing here? This is Listserv 1.8d under Tru64
Unix 4.0f.
