This most commonly happens when you send the query from an address which is
not listed as POSTMASTER= in LISTSERV's site configuration file (site.cfg
or go.user).  This is the kind of display return to non-privileged users,
unless the user is a List Owner for any of the list(s) in question.  Then
as List Owner they will get accurate info, but only for their own list(s).
