If that works and if either

* there are a large number of those "other addresses" (more than you would
want to explicitly code on that line).

* the list of "other addresses" is relatively dynamic

You could setup another list (Send=Editor, Default-Options=NoMail,Conceal)
and in the first list use

    Send= Private,(otherlist)
