An owner got the following standard message: "Your message is being
returned to you unprocessed because it appears to have already been
distributed to the *** list."
However, there has only been ONE posting to the list this ENTIRE month,
on the 22nd, a week ago, and it was not even close to being a duplicate. Any idea
what might have triggered this problem? First time I have encountered
the problem. I ended up adding a "loopcheck= nocrc,nobody" so he could
send the message.
