I know this happens in at least Microsoft Exchange as it will only post one entry per Message ID.  Last one in wins.

If you send separate emails to each List, they should receive it multiple times.

All,



I sent an email yesterday to four of our lists. Some people who are subscribed to a couple of these lists reported receiving the email in one list, but not another. I confirmed that it went out in all lists, that it is in the archives for all lists, and that different people in the different lists got them. The only people that reported not getting them are those who are subscribed to multiple lists and received it in one list, but not another list they're subscribed to.



Is there some sort of de-dupe process that recognizes when a recipient is on multiple lists and only sends them the notice on one of them? If so, is there a way to control it, like give lists preferences, or turn it off?



Is this because I included all of the lists in the TO: field? If I send a separate email to each list with only one list in the TO: field, would that help them all get through?
