I have my list set to Send=Editor  and this is set up only like an
Announcement only list.
I also set DEfault-options = NOPOST
 
After posting an annopuncemwent to the list the recipients get another
email which is like a notification of the posting, so essentially they
all get two emails instead of only one.
 
is there a way to stop this behaviour?
