I have defined a list with option Subscribe= By Owner

I would like  to sent a request to user to confirm his subscribtion
by OK  before I decide to add him to the list.
Or may be listserv before sending appropriate message to list owner
can request user to confirm
It is possible?
I know that Subscribe=By Owner,Confirm doesn't work, but may be is any
other way?
