Well, I've managed to get Mail Merge to work with my preliminary
tests. It distributes fine and inserts a Delivered-To: tag with the
email address of the recipient in the header.

This is exactly what I was looking for.... but..... I'm not sure if
I'm going to use it for the larger lists we operate. I have
concerns about server load; sending each message as a separate
process seems very inefficient compared to the usual bulk power of
LSMTP. Any thoughts are appreciated.
