I assume you are an end node,  and all DISTRIBUTE operations just cause a
single job  to be sent  to a single  downstream backbone server  (plus of
course copies for local recipients, but these don't go via RSCS). In that
case  LISTSERV doesn't  use  the list  processor, as  there  is only  one
destination.
