"Served out" is not just an administrator action, but can be, and probably is in your case, a Listserv action. If Listserv receives too many emails ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) with content it doesn't recognize, poof, you're served out. Mail to that address are expected to contain commands.
So my guess is that [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> is sending a bunch of email to Listserv.
Cheers, Wayne
