Please, let's  not restart  the GSU  debacle. One  list, one  request. If
people don't step  forward and offer to host your  list, it's not because
they lost  your original  request but because  they're not  interested or
they can't do it. Most sites now  have a policy that a local staff member
must request  the list.  Your best bet  is still to  find someone  with a
professional academic interest  in whatever your list is  about, and have
this person request the list internally.
