I've seen the wa file get messed up. Try installing that again. Check permissions.

I have tried accessing the web interface via the server's IP address and
the same thing happens. I can access all the links off the main page, plus
I can use the registration screen to request a LISTSERV password -- that
works fine. But whenever I try to log in using that information, I get the
same error regardless of me using the host name or IP address.
