You didn't say what operating system you are using. On a Linux system,
I create a subdirectory with the list name, inside the archives
directory, owned by Listserv. Then I refresh the header and Listserv
creates the html file. If there are archives in the notebook
directory, it would put indexes to them in the subdirectory I created.
