I am able to do a VM/CMS command from my own VM/CMS userid:
LSVPUT filename MAILTPL (PUTC
and have it be effective. What is the analogue for a GET?
Having stored the file again with some updates, the changes do not seem
effective (I was altering the Bottom_Banner). Does LISTSERV need a restart?
