Not as such (at least that I'm aware of), but if you don't have the full
name you can use * or similar. If you do an
ADD listname email@address *
the email@address subscription will be associated with the name (Name not
available) or something similar.
Also if you just have a firstname you could do something like
ADD listname email@address Firstname .
which I've done from time to time.
Neither of these is completely automated so they probably aren't quite what
you want, but they're there if you need them.
