Great advice, Clinton and Stan! There was something similar when trying to migrate servers we created test lists and sent to different email addresses to ensure that the email domains would recognize the server as valid messages rather than spam which suddenly started coming upon flip over to the new server.

Just as an additional double check of the emails, to ensure they are valid. Besides checking the spelling, there is a rather intricate solution to figuring out if there are errors occurring when sending to certain people and how many email addresses are having issues.

· Duplicate the list

· Get emailed the list of subscribers

· Copy those to a file

· Import the file as subscribers to the duplicate

· Try using the Auto-Delete setting (Error Handling tab) possibly in combination with Renewal (List Maintenance tab)

· Given a couple of days some of those answers might present themselves

If necessary, I plan to use this method to hopefully cleanup some of our own lists that have fallen into disrepair so that I can fully document the cleanup of our lists. I hope that helps! Have a great day!

I’m assuming these people have received postings before from the List.

If these people are in different email domains its possible that the relays have tighten the security and is picking it up as possible spam.

Depending on your rights have a Test List created and add some of the members in there to test.

Check the Listserv logs, the mail logs on the server that Listserv uses to route outgoing mail. Check each subscriber’s subscription settings to confirm they allow mail to be sent to them from the individual lists.

We have been receiving complaints that not everyone on a list is getting their messages. Is there a way to check this with Listserv 16.5 on a M$ Windows 2012 server?
