I have started receiving the following error (v15.5 Windows)

LSWRECV error

Error traceback follows

> Error X'00D0002B' opening file \LISTSERV\TMP\LISTSERV.CMSUT1 <
> W32 info: Access is denied.

LISTSERV.CMSUT1 is not in the specified directory, but LSVDIST2.CMSUT1 is.

Does this indicate that Write permissions to that directory have been changed or some other issue. I applied the FSecure hotfix yesterday, but I think this may have started the day before.
