I have started receiving the following error (v15.5 Windows)

LISTSERV.CMSUT1 is not in the specified directory, but LSVDIST2.CMSUT1 is.

Does this indicate that Write permissions to that directory have been changed or some other issue. I applied the FSecure hotfix yesterday, but I think this may have started the day before.
