I have some lists which have a List-Id with a dot (e.g. A.List). LISTSERV
sets the to-field to
     Multiple recipients of A.LIST <A.LIST@...>
Now this is not correct, methinks;  MailBook complains about a spurious "."
in the phrase and worse some clients refuse to process the mail.
Didn't find it mentioned in the 1.8c  notes so I'm not sure whether this is
a bug at all (because I think  then it would already have been reported and
fixed), an error on  my side (because a dot is not  permitted in a List-Id)
or and error on the client-side (because they mis-interpret RFC822).
