Suzi,

It appears the paths are still intact as they're
shown in the admin area.

If the field is empty, the path to which archives would be written is no longer there. The default is var/www/html/archives and you’ll need to re-enter and then restart the service.    Separately, if the WW_ARCHIVE_CGI path above WWW_ARCHIVE_DIR is empty, the archive interface path is missing and will need to be re-entered.    In some cases, a specific list may need to be rebuilt and, without seeing additional information, it’s hard to advise further. Can you provide any directory information, error messages or anything additional?    Suzi    From: LISTSERV Site Administrators' Forum [mailto:[log in to unmask]]On Behalf Of Ron Beatteay

Subject: Re: Question: Resetting List Archives         My lists were archiving posts, but now they're not, so I'm not sure it's
an issue of starting from scratch. If
there's something short of that I just need to tweek, I'm hoping that can
work.      Ron    On Monday, June 12, 2017 9:59 AM, "Restad, Kelly" <[log in to unmask]> wrote:    I’m not sure if this will work for you, but this is what I do to enable archives that have not been created.   1. Create list dir at WEBDIR\ARCHIVES 2. Reindex list at listserv command UI - REINDEX BOTH LIST-NAME 3. Restart listserv service   Kelly   From: LISTSERV Site Administrators' Forum [mailto:[log in to unmask]]On Behalf Of Ron Beatteay

Subject: Question: Resetting List Archives     My listserv was down for awhile, and we got it
running again.  Emails are being delivered, but
I'm not seeing posts being logged into the
archives.  Is there a fix for that?  Something I can double-check or reset in the list configuration?
