I agree with this as well. When I get a request from someone to delete
him from a peered list, rather than guessing several times which peer
he's assigned to, or using GLOBAL, I re-add him, let my local listserv
tell me where he's being added, then send a delete. DELETE at best peer
makes a LOT of sense.
