The following has prompted some discussion over on INFO-NETS. The main topic
has been the To: header. It is my understanding that this form is only used
"internally" between LISTSERVs (or between LISTSERV's and VM Mailers?).
Everything I ever get in from a LISTSERV lists has To: my local address.
My guess is that there's some non-LISTSERV re-distribution going on (but
that should put back "good" To: shouldn't it, unless someone's impersonating
hos LISTSERV does it). Or, perhaps a LISTEARN in involved and causing
problems :-)
Any insight to what's going on would be much appriciated. BTW - I'm curious
who added the Return-path, I know PMDF will leave it at the top.
