I am getting the following message from my listserv:

 

Login Required 

 

An invalid response was received from the authentication server. You may
want to try logging in again, or contacting the webmaster.

Protocol error while communicating with LISTSERV - contact system
administrator. 

 

 

It says I am logged in at the top of the page but it keeps prompting for
a login.   

 

I have tried to restore from a tape to last week's settings but it still
gives the same error.
