Don't know how I said 'public enterprize' in my previous posting.
I firmly believe that software development and support should be
left to private enterprize.  I am not impressed with the way that
universities are developing/supporting "free" software, which is
costing a fortune in the huge staffs required to actually
install it, make it work, and keep it working.   "Free" -- sure.
