Jacob,
This is the situation
 
Please check the attachment, the correct name should be Mary Ann Haley, not Mary Jo Haley.  I check Active Directory and Exchange Online, but there no Mary Jo defined in any place.  That’s what I’m asking from where &MBX(&invoker) data come from?
