Again, Passing files through a node untouched is what you are supposed to
do, as much as possible. If it goes to a userid (i.e. LISTSERV) and is
re-distributed, even if it comes out the same, then it is 'resent' and would
not, in my opinion, come under the guidelines in 556's flame. So,
