When sending to a local listserv list, is it possible to exclude certain
users from the mail distribution?  We have a local list called STAFF-L
which has all computer center staff subscribed.  Occasionally it would
be convenient to send to the STAFF-L list dropping a small group of
persons (i.e. operations staff), that have no interest in the topic.
