Is  there an  easy way  to migrate  all subscriptions  of one  account to
another at  the same node?  I know I  can do it  by signing off  all subs
netwide for the  old userid and subscribe again with  the new userid, but
as I am on a few 'closed' lists that would cause work for the listowners.
I think of something like:
  ALTER <listname> <newid>@<node>
