How does one go about starting one's own mailing list? Where can I get
the software, etc. for doing such, and are there any other things I
should know about. If I'm at the wrong place, feel free to tall me in as
extreme language as you feel necessary. :> And as I'm sure this is a
quite frequently asked question, feel free to just send the FAQ...
