We're running 1.8d on NT.

My Outlook '98 client can't seem to
make sense of what &TOC1 or &TOC2 are
generating when I try the HTML/DIGEST
approach.

The HTML/INDEX approach works just fine,
but of course it's using different vars
in the template (&INDEX).

The relevant section of HTML_DIGEST is:

<ul>
.DD &TOC1
</ul>
<ol>
.DD &TOC2
</ol>

The generated URL will result in strings like:

  "cid:64@LISTSERV.HOSTNAME.DOMAIN"

Am I not setting some variable?

Thoughts?

Peter
