Hi,

I know we can configure attachment size imits on a list by list basis,
is there a way to do it globally? We ran into a problem where someone
sent a large attachment to a list with a large number of subscribers
and it filled up /var and brought the machine to a halt, we're looking
into options so that doesn't happen again on any list (buying a larger disk
isn't an option at the moment).
