You can't use the name OwnerX@...   This is in LISTSERV's built-in filters and
will only cause problems.  Postmaster@..., Adminstrator@... are alos not usable.
I suggest something like listmgr@... which is not in the built-in filters.

Remove these 2 lines.

You don't need this.  See above for better subscription control method.
