Is there a set of parms that can be specified to make a list subscribable
by anyone, but have it not appear when someone does a LIST command?

We're getting several classes who want lists set up, but the instructors
don't want to hand-subscribe the students. But neither do they want
random riff-raff subscribing to or posting to the list. Seems like
leaving the list open for subscription by anyone, but not advertising
its existence is what I'm after.
