Is the original mail kept for a while for lists that are Subscription= Open, confirm? Seems it used to be kept, on AIX, in files with an extension of .ddlist. I would expect it to be some kind of OK* file.
The reason I ask is we get a lot of spoofed subscriptions and I'd like to try to track some of them. If the server get lots of them, it already sends the headers to the administrators. But if it only gets one or two, they frequently go unnoticed.
