Does a shutdown of listserv from a console (NT) get LOGged in the
LISTSERV LOG transaction file?

If so, what do I "grep" for?
I can find no evidence of shutdowns/stops in the LOG. Is it recorded
elsewhere?

Is it possible that the LISTSERV is being halted in some other manner
that doesn't log the transaction?
