Sorry, I don't agree.  In my experience with those lists that
do configure REPLY-TO= LIST,RESPECT, there are very few (if any)
original posters who use a REPLY-TO: RFC822 header who did not
mean to do so.  Therefore unless you have some exceptional
requirements for the running of your list, then I suggest that
you don't use the IGNORE option.
