Isn't rich text sent MIME encoded as an attachment? I thought it was.
If so, then wouldn't this (Attachments= No) be stripping it out?

Try 'Attachments= Yes' and see what happens. I wish I knew for sure, all
I know is that everyone I ever asked that question to ("Just exactly how
does rich text get sent?") didn't have a definitive answer either.

If I send a rich text formatted message from Outlook 2000 to my own account--(that I view within the same Outlook 2000 client)--it comes through with formatting displayed. (The latter scenario does not involve LISTSERV, because the message is not sent to the list. Under Properties of this formatted message, "Type: Message (Rich Text)" displays).
