Isn't rich text sent MIME encoded as an attachment? I thought it was.
If so, then wouldn't this (Attachments= No) be stripping it out?

Try 'Attachments= Yes' and see what happens. I wish I knew for sure, all
I know is that everyone I ever asked that question to ("Just exactly how
does rich text get sent?") didn't have a definitive answer either.
