If a customer subscribes to a newsletter we are using the OK mechanism and
if they don't respond within 24 hours listserv dumps the request and if the
customer then replies in say 36 hours they get back an error that the
listserv doesn't have a command that matches their request. MGMT wants that
24 hour max wait before cancelling to be bumped up....Hope that explains it
better :o)

What exactly do you mean? Listserv handles most requests immediately. What
kind of requests are you talking about?
