text/plain (42 lines)
this is due to the Korean user using a different code page for text
encoding. it also means that either you dont have the codepages
available on your PC and/or there is a problem with your mail
servers mapping/translation features. Your mail server may be
forcing everything to ASCI

This is a problem we had some time ago with Turkish which uses
ISO8859, Korean seems to use ISO-2022.

You can ask your Korean user to post using UTF-8 or you can ask you
user with squares to look at his server configs.

best,
Omer.
