Well, I am a one-man operation who does all the ListServ and IT support for our organization and if it wasn't for all the great help from donation-support, I would be lost or asking for a lead parachute.

I think this has been discussed before. I'm curious how many
different people are involved in listserv support at various sites.
Are most sites run by a single person or do most have teams that work
on the system together or perhaps on separate parts: server
Installation, user support, etc.?
