The :NEWNODE tag functionally removes alot of equivalencing
between your old bitnet node and your new Internet node (if
it had an :INTERNET tag) e.g., the explicit NADs for your
bitnet node are NO longer NADs on your Internet node.
Corollary: if you did a DEL listname userid@bitnode, it used
to also delete and :INTERNET equiv.  subscriptions (and vice
versa).
