What mail server are you using?  You should have it configured to route
mail for the 'listserv' address to the lsv_amin binary, rather than the
user's mail spool.  Check your /etc/aliases file -- assuming you've made
the aliases for LISTSERV per the instructions in the installation guide,
you may just have a duplicate alias for the 'listserv' user.  (If you
haven't made the aliases per the installation guide, you need to do that:
