I think we need to find a way to make mail such as the thing below NOT
be distributed through LISTSERV.  Since acknowledgements are a standard
form of mail, and I guess LISTSERV recognizes them and discards them,
so, too, should these error-in-delivery messages.  Some sort of standard
is needed for them so that can be recognized for what they are by the
various programs on the network, from delivery agents to user agents.
