It's not clear to me that x822 headers will help.
Sounds like either those userids don't exist (possible); the receiving
host's A/V software was changed recently; OR the secondary MX hosts that
are handling the mail don't know that they are supposed to. This is a
frequent problem, esp. when multiple sites are involved.
