They wrote about tn3270, ftp, telnet, and gopher software for DOS and Macs
as if such software is either unknown or inadequate.  Raise your hands if
you really believe CREN is going to reinvent the wheel!  :-)
 
Given that much, their comments about list management software were
similarly hilarious, unless, of course, you're in Eric's position.
